Battle of the "O" names

Which do you prefer?

[name]Oscar[/name]
[name]Othello[/name]
[name]Ocean[/name]

Brothers would be [name]Atlas[/name] and [name]Leon[/name] (lay-own, accent on the E).

I also like [name]Oliver[/name] too, but it is too popular for my taste. I would use it as a middle name.

[name]Othello[/name] is too tragic for me and despite the fact that Océan/[name]Ocean[/name] if used for boys I know or know of too many little girls name Océane to associate it with boys so [name]Oscar[/name] is my choice!

Oh, how cool would [name]Othello[/name] be with [name]Atlas[/name] and [name]Leon[/name]? I don’t like [name]Shakespeare[/name]'s [name]Othello[/name] though, he’s a jealous bastard, but the name is amazing.

My vote would go toward [name]Oscar[/name]. I just recently reread [name]Othello[/name], and I really can’t recommend using it on a child. It’s a great play, but the character would be awkward to have as a namesake, and the name is really tied to that reference.

While I think [name]Othello[/name] would work best with [name]Atlas[/name] and [name]Leon[/name], I’m with [name]Ottilie[/name].

I suppose [name]Oscar[/name] is the best, though might I suggest [name]Oberon[/name], [name]Odysseus[/name], [name]Orion[/name], [name]Orpheus[/name], or [name]Osiris[/name]? I think they all go really well with [name]Atlas[/name] and [name]Leon[/name]. If you’re not open to suggestions, then [name]Oscar[/name].

Oooh [name]Oberon[/name]! Please please, we edited it off our list but someone has to use it! [name]Orpheus[/name] and [name]Orion[/name]'s on our short list so they are very recommended by me.

[name]Oscar[/name]! Although I like the suggestion of [name]Oberon[/name], I think [name]Atlas[/name], [name]Leon[/name], and [name]Oberon[/name] would be great for brothers.

My vote goes to [name]Oscar[/name]!

I prefer [name]Ocean[/name]

I suggest
[name]Ovid[/name]
[name]Odin[/name]
[name]Oleg[/name]

[name]Oscar[/name]!

But my favourite O for boys is [name]Octavian[/name]!

[name]Oscar[/name] would be my pick. What about [name]Oswald[/name], [name]Osborn[/name] or [name]Osmond[/name]? [name]Ozzy[/name] as a nn is great.

I like [name]Oscar[/name] the best as well.

[name]Oscar[/name] is super cute.

I love [name]Oscar[/name]. Works well with [name]Leon[/name]. [name]Atlas[/name] and [name]Oscar[/name], I’m not so sure about. [name]Othello[/name]- no.
If you like [name]Oliver[/name], what about [name]Olivier[/name]? I also love [name]Alvar[/name], but it lacks the O.

From your list, [name]Oscar[/name] is my favorite. [name]Oisin[/name]?

I prefer [name]Oscar[/name] but with those brothers I think [name]Othello[/name] could work. NN could be [name]Theo[/name] or [name]Ollie[/name].

What about [name]Otis[/name]?

I really like [name]Oscar[/name]! Have you considered [name]Otto[/name]? I think [name]Atlas[/name], [name]Leon[/name] and [name]Otto[/name] sounds good too. I don’t think [name]Othello[/name] fits as well with your other boys’ names and [name]Ocean[/name] is nms.

Yeah, that is my worry with [name]Othello[/name]. The negative connotation throws me off. I do like [name]Osiris[/name] and [name]Odysseus[/name] and [name]Orion[/name]! I wonder though, with [name]Orion[/name] would it leave [name]Leon[/name] out with the loop?

[name]Oswald[/name] I like! And it is a [name]Shakespeare[/name] name.

[name]Orion[/name]… oh I mean [name]Oscar[/name]. =]

For argument’s sake, I think [name]Orion[/name] goes well with [name]Atlas[/name] (obviously) but also since it has the same ending as [name]Leon[/name] (but still sounds different) and would kind of tie all 3 boys together nicely!
