[name]Do[/name] any of these go well in a sibset with big brothers [name]Tristan[/name] and [name]Miles[/name]. Also how do you say [name]Bea[/name]? I say it [name]Bay[/name]. Any other suggestions welcome. Hubby is no help at all with names has no interest so it like bouncing names off a brick wall. baby is due around christmas so im hoping to include a fall or winter themed middle name and a double middle to honor my younger brother .I am not a fan of unisex names on girls. Thank you in advance nameberries for your help.
Out if the ones you mentioned in order which I feel go best with siblings [name]Tristian[/name] and [name]Miles[/name] is…
1)[name]Juliette[/name]- I am a lover of this name! It’s elegant and graceful. [name]Even[/name] though it may go better with bro [name]Tristian[/name] I do like it with [name]Miles[/name].
2) [name]Beatrice[/name]- adorable, spunky, great nickname potential. Once again it work with both but feel it matches [name]Miles[/name] vibe.
3)[name]Adelle[/name]- this is an old soul name to me but not in a bad way. My only issue with [name]Adelle[/name] is I feel like I’m taking about a computer. Like saying " oh it’s a [name]Dell[/name]."
4)[name]Eleanor[/name]- Another old souls name which again isn’t bad. I love the nickname potential here like [name]Nellie[/name], [name]Nora[/name], [name]Nor[/name], [name]Ella[/name], [name]El[/name]. This actually can go above [name]Adelle[/name] just cause of the nicknames which I think are awesome with [name]Tristian[/name] and [name]Miles[/name]! And it sounds great.
5) [name]Bea[/name]- not a fan of this one. It’s pronounced [name]BEE[/name]. Not [name]Bay[/name].
In the end now that I thought about it top choices for me are [name]Eleanor[/name], [name]Beatrice[/name] and [name]Juliette[/name].
[name]Hope[/name] this helped! Good luck!
[name]Juliet[/name] (prefer this spelling, unless you indeed want it pronounced jool-ee-ETT) and [name]Adele[/name] (also prefer this spelling. I have never seen [name]Adelle[/name].) go great with big brothers’ names!! I would pronounce [name]Bea[/name] as [name]BAY[/name]-uh.
I would pronounce “[name]Bea[/name]” as “[name]BEE[/name]” - that’s how I’ve always heard it (and it’s generally used as a nickname for [name]Beatrice[/name], isn’t it?) While it’s a cute nickname, I think the full [name]Beatrice[/name] is so lovely (and you can easily call her by a shortened form if you wish). I love all the names on your list otherwise. Somehow [name]Eleanor[/name] seems to suit your other sibling names, to my ears. [name]Tristan[/name], [name]Miles[/name], and [name]Eleanor[/name]. But all of them would be lovely. I don’t think you can go wrong really. My least favourite might be [name]Juliette[/name], just because it seems very French compared with her English-sounding brothers…but that’s not all that a big deal. Perhaps once you have your middle names sorted out, the ideal first name will seem clear. I’ll post a few suggestions below with Christmassy themes, just in case you like them
[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Estelle[/name] (meaning star, so perhaps suitable for Christmastime)
[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Bethany[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Estelle[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Eve[/name]
[name]Beatrice[/name] [name]Noelle[/name]
[name]Adelle[/name] [name]Holly[/name]
[name]Adelle[/name] [name]Eve[/name]
[name]Juliette[/name] [name]Noelle[/name]
Best wishes!
I think [name]Juliet[/name] is perfect with [name]Miles[/name] and [name]Tristan[/name]!
[name]Juliette[/name] (I prefer [name]Juliet[/name]) goes best with [name]Tristan[/name] and [name]Miles[/name]. My second favorite is [name]Adele[/name] (this spelling).
[name]Bea[/name] is pronounced like bee but I could also see it being pronounced bee-uh, like the beginning of [name]Beatrice[/name]. It’s not “bay” at all.
I think in Spanish the beginning of [name]Beatrice[/name] is bay-uh, so the nickname [name]Bea[/name] would also be bay-uh. I actually really love the pronunciation bay-uh but I don’t think many Americans would get it (not sure about other English-speakers). The bee pronunciation is also very cute. I don’t think [name]Beatrice[/name] is the best sister for [name]Tristan[/name] and [name]Miles[/name] though. From your list I really like [name]Eleanor[/name] nn [name]Nell[/name] or [name]Nellie[/name] - or even [name]Helen[/name] nn [name]Nellie[/name]. So cute with [name]Tristan[/name] and [name]Miles[/name]! [name]Juliette[/name] is also very lovely. I don’t pronounce [name]Juliet[/name] and [name]Juliette[/name] differently so I think the spelling you choose is up to you. I prefer the more streamlined [name]Juliet[/name] but it is simply subjective.
I think [name]Adelle[/name]/[name]Adele[/name] goes best with [name]Tristan[/name] and [name]Miles[/name], but out of your choices I like [name]Beatrice[/name] best. Like previous posters, I’d pronounce ‘[name]Bea[/name]’ as ‘bee’ (or ‘bay-uh’ in Spanish/Italian.) I think if you want that pronunciation, it would be easier to spell it [name]Bay[/name].
Thank you all. I prefer the bee pronunciation. I think my favorites are [name]Juliette[/name] not sure if I’ll spell it this way or [name]Juliet[/name]. [name]Beatrice[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name].
[name]Juliette[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]
[name]Juliette[/name] [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Juliette[/name] [name]Winter[/name]
I think [name]Juliet[/name] has much cleaner lines than [name]Juliette[/name] without losing the romantic quality.
I like [name]Beatrice[/name] a lot.
I’m not familiar with the spelling [name]Adelle[/name], I’m used to [name]Adele[/name]? I prefer [name]Delia[/name] or [name]Dahlia[/name], honestly, but [name]Adele[/name] is fine.
