I slightly prefer [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f].

[name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] adds some spice. [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] combined with [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] becomes a bit too sweet for me.

[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] and [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] are all great names.

[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] is a little bit too Shakespearean for me ([name_m]King[/name_m] Lear + Much [name_f]Ado[/name_f] About Nothing). I also agree that [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] gives the prettiness of [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] some spunkiness.

Usually I’d say [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f], it tends to enhance/emphasis the fun and whimsical side of a name in my opinion, but I think [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] works better with [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]. [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] just fits [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f]'s personality better, [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] gets my vote.

I think I agree with @myosotis. [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] is my favourite usually, but in combo with [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] I really really like [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]. It gives a lovely, dainty, ethereal feel to the combo whereas [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] gives more bite.

I love both, but voted for [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f]. It has a storybook quality I love.

I tend to prefer [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f], but with [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] I like [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] better. The stronger -ix sound packs more of a punch when you say it.

[name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] for me! It’s more elegant - [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] seems quite harsh/blunt to me, and [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f] matches better with [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f].
