I tried searching for this to see if it had been asked and answered already, but I didn’t see anything. I like [name_f]Isabeau[/name_f] just okay; the part I like is the [name_m]Beau[/name_m], but I’m not a big fan of the [name_u]Isa[/name_u] portion. Is Islabeau too smooshy? Are there other legitimate girls names that end in -beau?
I think [name_f]Mirabeau[/name_f] is pretty. You could also do some sort of weird spelling of [name_f]Rainbow[/name_f] but I don’t think that’s really what you’re looking for
I’m from [name_m]New[/name_m] Zealand and we have a musician called “[name_m]Beau[/name_m]” spelt Boh and I’ve met a little girl called Boh. It’s gorgeous.
I love the name [name_u]Bo[/name_u], and the name I had for a boy was [name_m]Bodhi[/name_m], nn [name_u]Bo[/name_u]. I also still have this on my list for a girl. I am not as fond as many other [name_u]Bo[/name_u]/[name_m]Beau[/name_m] alternatives.
I honestly prefer “[name_u]Bo[/name_u]” for a girl or some other spelling to [name_m]Beau[/name_m], as [name_m]Beau[/name_m] also is in reference to a male love interest. [name_m]Just[/name_m] to throw that out there.
I do enjoy [name_f]Mirabeau[/name_f] – generally considered a male name in [name_f]France[/name_f], it’s gaining a lot of cred as a girl name (which it is for definitely for me).
I think rather than smooshing [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_m]Beau[/name_m] together, it would work better as a double first name, with or without the hyphen. Still sounds the same, just reads better on paper. This would be a great idea to explore if the actual [name_u]Bo[/name_u]/[name_m]Beau[/name_m] names are just not clicking for you.
There are a few more options for names that include “bo” such as Bodelia, [name_m]Boden[/name_m], [name_f]Roberta[/name_f], [name_u]Robin[/name_u]/[name_f]Robina[/name_f], Boadiccea, Boheme and even [name_f]Bronte[/name_f] or some [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] variation.
Maybe something like Clarabeau, [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f], [name_f]Bellerose[/name_f], [name_f]Baylor[/name_f], [name_f]Brighton[/name_f], [name_u]Bobbie[/name_u], [name_f]Bijou[/name_f], [name_f]Briona[/name_f], [name_f]Briony[/name_f], or [name_f]Bronwen[/name_f].
[name_f]My[/name_f] faves are [name_f]Bellerose[/name_f], [name_f]Brighton[/name_f], and [name_f]Briony[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Mirabeau[/name_f] is a lovely name some others you might like…
