What do you all think of the name [name_f]Behati[/name_f]? I heard it because of [name_m]Adam[/name_m] Levine’s baby mama/super model girlfriend and I really like the sound of it. It also has a beautiful meaning, “blessed; she who brings happiness”.
I like it, and the fact that it isn’t common but familiar. [name_f]Behati[/name_f] the model isn’t a terrible association to the name. she is an activist for women right as well as working with many organizations for children. It also has a great meaning, plus you have a personal connection to the name. I think that makes the decision easier.
I think it’s a very pretty and striking name. It’s familiar to plenty of people because of the model, but even those who haven’t come across it before shouldn’t have any trouble pronouncing it. Also, I love [name_f]Bee[/name_f] as a nickname for a girl and this would be a beautiful, unexpected way to get there!

I disagree that it’s a one person name like [name_f]Beyonce[/name_f] or [name_f]Oprah[/name_f] she might be a famous person but I don’t think she’s anywhere close to that famous. I think the h is silent though (bey-ottie) but I’m not really sure

Oh, ok. Not what I would have guessed. I feel it’s going to get so mispronounced. I guess, unless you keep up with celeb gossip…We don’t have a tv or care about that stuff so my guess would have been. [name_f]Bee[/name_f]-Hate-ee, which sounds bad because of the ‘hate’ in it. Pronouncing it [name_u]Bay[/name_u]-ottie, it sounds like a mixed drink to me.
