Well, I joined back in last [name_f]May[/name_f], asking for suggestions for our second child. Well, on 12th [name_u]December[/name_u] 2014… we welcomed a beautiful baby girl into the world.
She weighed 7lb 6oz and came into the world at 12:14pm. A birth date I will NEVER forget. [name_m]Born[/name_m] on the 12th hour, 12th day, 12 month. 14th Minute of the hour in 2014!
Her name is [name_f]Junia[/name_f] Eiffel.
[name_f]Junia[/name_f] was one we fell for just a few weeks before she arrived. Before that, we were set on [name_f]Indira[/name_f]. We decided to keep an open mind and bring both with us to the hospital and let her decide for us. Well, when she was born it was clear she was a [name_f]Junia[/name_f]. [name_f]Indira[/name_f] just didn’t hold that spark anymore when we looked at her, and just saying [name_f]Junia[/name_f] made me smile and think of her. So [name_f]Junia[/name_f] it is.
Eiffel was a guilty pleasure of ours at first, we had considered it as a first name but decided it would be a bit too much, but it holds a lot of meaning to us. My husband proposed to me near the Eiffel tower on a trip to [name_u]Paris[/name_u], and we both have french heritage. We just thought [name_f]Junia[/name_f] Eiffel sounded beautiful, and people always love to hear the story behind her uncommon name.
Thanks for the input on our name choices last year and I will be sticking around as we are already thinking about #3!
Congratulations!!! [name_f]Junia[/name_f] has always been a favorite of mine, and [name_f]Junia[/name_f] Eiffel is a stunning combination! [name_m]Even[/name_m] better is the story behind the name
She is beautiful, congratulations!! Beautiful name too, I love the story behind it. Seeing Eiffel being used makes me happy, I’ve always thought it would name a sweet name.
