Belle- too close to Bella?

Hey berries! I’ve been thinking about [name_f]Belle[/name_f] the past couple days and I love it right now. I feel like it is known but not popular, pretty but not frilly, short and sleek, and I don’t mind the princess association.
However, I don’t care for [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f], [name_f]Bella[/name_f] or [name_f]Isabella[/name_f], mostly because I have heard so many babies and kids with the name and I’m simply tired of it.
My questions are: do you know anyone with these names who shorten it to [name_f]Belle[/name_f], OR, do you find [name_f]Belle[/name_f] to be an instinctive nickname to [name_f]Isabella[/name_f]/[name_f]Bella[/name_f]?
Basically, if I were to name future daughter [name_f]Belle[/name_f], I would greatly appreciate knowing that most people would take her name at face value, and not assume it was a nickname or immediately think of [name_f]Isabella[/name_f].
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this makes sense… thanks!

[name_f]Belle[/name_f] is lovely! Some people might assume it’s a nickname but if she’s always introduced as [name_f]Belle[/name_f], there’s no reason for people to call her anything else

I love [name_f]Belle[/name_f]! So refreshing and sweet compared to the overused [name_f]Bella[/name_f].

[name_f]Belle[/name_f] is a distinctive choice. Most of the Isabellas and Isabelles I know are called [name_u]Izzy[/name_u].
