Stealing this idea from @seawillow and @SparkleNinja18 just because I thought it was so much fun!!
Essentially, I love the name [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Laertes[/name_m] [name_u]August[/name_u] for a little boy, but am stuck on what to name his sisters! (Laertes PN LAIR-uh-dees in my accent, 2.5 syllables)
I have included the list of my favorites, but if you had to pick…
What would you name 2-3 sisters for [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Laertes[/name_m] [name_u]August[/name_u] and why?
I am so excited to see your responses and what you all think!!

[name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Laertes[/name_m] [name_u]August[/name_u] and…
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] [name_f]Anya[/name_f] [name_f]Odette[/name_f]
I don’t have a huge reasoning for my choices, other than I think they go so well together! These siblings have all of the right complements and feel cohesive to me.
[name_u]Elliott[/name_u], [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] and [name_f]Gwen[/name_f]

ETA: Sorry misread this! Thought we were to make up our one names. I’ll keep that response below. But from your names, I’d go with:
Althea Rosalind Pearl nn Thea
Sylvie Cordelia Fern
Calliope Ginevra Odette nn Calla
Elliott works with trendy Thea, Rosalind and Cordelia are Shakespearean like Laertes, Ginevra is classic and heavy and throaty like Laertes, Thea, Sylvie, and Calla work well together.
Beverly Pandore Melinda
Jillian Zelmira Tabitha
Romilly Sycorax Corinna
Since all the names in your combo are seven letters each, I decided to maintain that number. I chose Beverly and Romilly to compliment Elliott as they’re both preppy surname names, while Jillian has the double Ls of Elliott.
Laertes is strong, literary, and highly unusual. Makes me think of Ophelia’s brother. Pandore is the French form of Pandora. Zelmira is an opera by Rossini whose titular heroine is a clever, politically scheming princess. And Sycorax is, of course, the witch mentioned in The Tempest - thought I’d make a Shakespearean link.
It was a toss-up between Belinda and Melinda for the second MN of the first combo, but I went with the latter as I had already used Beverly. It has a soft, mellifluous sound which balances out the sharpness of Pandore. Tabitha is warm and classic, compliments the pleasant dustiness of Jillian and Zelmira. And Corinna is a name used by Ovid, so I though it would work well with Roman August.
I’m quite proud of that last combo hehe

With the wonderful [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Laertes[/name_m] [name_u]August[/name_u], it has to be:
[name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] - this is all things sparky and elegant, balanced and beautiful. The kick of [name_f]Saskia[/name_f], with the earthy-vintage of [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] with the gentle, stylish warmth of [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] means it has an all round distinctive yet grounded vibe. [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] and [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] are unexpected yet charming together - kind of summery and in touch with nature without being naturey?
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] [name_f]Maud[/name_f] - this has flair and style, fashionable sharpness, with the lightness and sunny feel of [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] and the distinctive, regal feel of [name_f]Maud[/name_f]. She’s proper and sophisticated, but fun and sparky too - the familiar yet bright feel of [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] and the sharpness of [name_f]Saskia[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_u]Fern[/name_u] - earthy, woodsy and stylish all at once, with a hint of literary, Shakespearean flair that feels perfect with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Laertes[/name_m] [name_u]August[/name_u]. I like the sweetness of this name, but the way it holds its own too!

I will rule out [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_f]Kinneret[/name_f] [name_f]Aviva[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f], [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] [name_f]Lively[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f], [name_f]Lavinia[/name_f] [name_u]Esme[/name_u] [name_f]Selene[/name_f] for not matching with the style. They feel too modern common or too old [name_u]Christian[/name_u] style, which are great but do not fit with E.L.A
[name_f]Gwendolen[/name_f] and [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] and [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] are a bit difficult or too long to say with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u], so I will rule out these too. Because of the EL repetition or just because they are too long.
[name_f]Selene[/name_f] does not feel very well with [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]. They feel like different worlds of styles
I would swap the order of some combos like
[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Hestia[/name_f] [name_u]Fern[/name_u]
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Althea[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_u]Reason[/name_u]:
HESTIA and ALTHEA are Ancient Greek names like LAERTES
[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] are [name_f]British[/name_f] old names like [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]
So I felt like this is the right order, since they are in the “same name style order” as ELA.
Final:
[name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] [name_f]Hestia[/name_f] [name_u]Fern[/name_u]
[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f] [name_f]Althea[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_m]Feel[/name_m] free to swap the order back, I am someone who cares a lot but it is not that important haha

For a boy named [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] [name_m]Laertes[/name_m] [name_u]August[/name_u] I would name sisters something equally grand, Old Worlde, academic, and timeless. Maybe:
Anafer [name_f]Penelopa[/name_f] Grail
[name_f]Desideria[/name_f] [name_f]Eadlyn[/name_f] [name_f]Soline[/name_f]
Lucilda [name_f]Minerva[/name_f] [name_f]Corine[/name_f]
