Your character will have a form and short backstory created by me and will start out as an infant. All babies are born in the fictional place of [name_f]Coral[/name_f] [name_u]Harbor[/name_u] but they can still have some cultural background. If you have other characters, you may choose to manage all your characters or just one. Each day is a year for your character(s). Characters can start dating as young as 14 but must be 18+ to marry and/or have children.

Update 1: [name_m]Parlan[/name_m] is sleeping well for his age as an infant and is growing by the month. He has a lot of hair. He’s often doing great when he’s awake and is teething. He loves nibbling on little foods and is starting to get used to the idea of growing his first baby teeth. He met [name_f]Bella[/name_f] Fontana and really gets along with her although the two can’t actually talk yet and instead just babble.

Update 1: [name_f]Bella[/name_f] is a lively, happy ray of sunshine who’s already living life to the fullest. Her hair has grown out and it’s a shocking shade of red, which is a shock to her parents because neither of them have red hair as well as none of their family. They chalk it up to recessive genetics, but something else may have happened. However [name_f]Bella[/name_f] pays this no mind and has already befriended little [name_m]Parlan[/name_m], and gets on well with him.

Update 2: Bella is 1 year old now and ready to take on the world! (Well, not really…but she’s ready to take on the twisty slide at the playground!) Her mother Briana often takes her for stroller rides which she greatly enjoys. Her red hair has grown out a bit longer now, to the point that you can tie it into little pigtails- and so has her facial features and her little body. Bella used to be able to fit in a small shoebox, and now she’s much too big! People around her are beginning to notice that she looks nothing like Douglas and much more like his best friend Bryan…

update 1: jem’s first birthday rolls around, and he’s cheerfully walking (albeit unsteadily), talking (well, babbling), and laughing lots. to his parents’ delight, he loves his backpack carrier when they go hiking together. he’s recently become a bit shy of ralph after a scare involving the apartment stairs, but alexyss and sam are certain he’ll outgrow his fears.
