I should mention that we would likely pronounce [name]Caroline[/name] with more of a “lynn” sound on the end. The “line” seems to get lost unless you slow down, and is harder to pronounce with [name]Jensen[/name]. I prefer the spelling of [name]Caroline[/name] to [name]Carolyn[/name], though, and it won’t bother me if people say [name]Caro[/name]-line. The other option I was thinking of with [name]Caroline[/name] is [name]Henry[/name].
Hubby says [name]Hugo[/name] is too close to our nephew’s name, [name]Viggo[/name]. So I don’t know if I’ll be able to get him to come around. But I really do like [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name]! [name]Arthur[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name] are nice together too, though. So if he nixes [name]Hugo[/name] for good I still have options.
I wasn’t sure how many people would pick up on the [name]Archer[/name]/[name]Diana[/name] connection. I mostly put it in there out of curiosity, neither [name]Archer[/name] or [name]Diana[/name] are at the top of our lists (Hubby prefers [name]Hunter[/name] to [name]Archer[/name] anyways (he hates the possibility of [name]Archie[/name] as a nn), but I find both of them hard to match in style with anything that I like for girls or future siblings).
Maybe the new combos are [name]Arthur[/name] & [name]Charlotte[/name], [name]Henry[/name] & [name]Caroline[/name], and [name]Felix[/name] & [name]Fiona[/name]. I would be thrilled with any of these choices, personally. I might have to start a new poll!
[name]Archer[/name] (or [name]Hunter[/name]) and [name]Diana[/name] is very clever - a good twin connection without being too obvious unless one’s a Greek mythology buff. However, I really like the sound of [name]Arthur[/name] and [name]Charlotte[/name] together!
I honestly like them all! However, I picked [name]Archer[/name] and [name]Diana[/name] because I think [name]Diana[/name] is an underused gem and I love the subtle connection between the two.
