Thanks to previous threads I’m coming around to DH’s favorite girls name and he’s agreed that a couple (literally two) of the names I love are possibilities so… I’d like to hear your thoughts on the best combos using one of the names from each of our lists.
The name needs to fit well with sisters [name_f]Auria[/name_f] Rheaume and [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] (Wavy) [name_f]Jasmine[/name_f]. Our last name is [name_m]German[/name_m] and ends in -er.
Oh, good. So far the votes are in favor of my favorite combinations We like the nn [name_f]Juno[/name_f] for [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], though [name_f]Junie[/name_f] is another cute consideration.
I think I prefer:
[name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]
[name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Storm[/name_u]
[name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] [name_u]Storm[/name_u]
The double Z name combos are too similar to pair well but perhaps if we found ourselves expecting twin girls they could make a sweet duo.
I definitely think that as far as first names, [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] goes best with [name_f]Auria[/name_f] and [name_u]Waverly[/name_u]. My favorite combo is [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]–spunky and cute. I like it better than [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Storm[/name_u] because [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] and [name_u]Storm[/name_u] together are a little nature-heavy to me. Next would be [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] [name_u]Storm[/name_u]. ([name_m]Even[/name_m] though this one is nature-heavy as well, I think [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] is too much z.)
I really like the names you have picked out! [name_m]Both[/name_m] of you! You have very similar tastes; lucky!
I love [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Storm[/name_u], [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] [name_u]Storm[/name_u], and [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] [name_u]Juniper[/name_u]. I think [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] and [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] go best with [name_f]Auria[/name_f] & [name_u]Waverly[/name_u]. I can just see [name_f]Auria[/name_f], Wavy, & [name_f]Juni[/name_f]/Zinnie.
I like [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] with your other children. I like that [name_u]Storm[/name_u] is one syllable but I likely wouldn’t choose storm.
To me, [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] is a lively name and is strong and robust in nature. So, I would find something one syllable that focusses on another image.
I like [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] or [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] the best.
I have a hard time with multiple “word” names paired together, so since [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f], [name_u]Storm[/name_u], and [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] all fit that category I like the inclusion of [name_f]Zelda[/name_f].
I like all your choices, however I do not like [name_u]Storm[/name_u] in the first position. It’s a great middle, though. The rest I think work in either position.
I also love the way [name_u]Juniper[/name_u], [name_f]Auria[/name_f] and [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] all have their own very distinct sound and ending, yet still flow really well together.
That’s exactly what I love about [name_u]Juniper[/name_u]… the names all seem to fit well yet they all hold their own; even if we called her [name_f]Juno[/name_f]/[name_f]Junie[/name_f].
Thanks for the feedback, berries
(I think I’m falling more in love with [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] every day)
I like [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] or [name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_u]Storm[/name_u], [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] is a very cool, chic name!
[name_u]Juniper[/name_u] [name_f]Zelda[/name_f]. I can’t say I’m a huge fan of his two, but [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] wins out over [name_u]Storm[/name_u], which seems a little harsh for sweet baby girl. I like that you both have some spunky names on your list. She’ll have a great name whatever you decide on.
