We are having a little trouble deciding on a middle name. I really, really love [name]Adeline[/name] [name]Esme[/name], but my husband isnt so sure. He doesn’t think the flow is right – what do you all think? Other options we are considering…
Other suggestions? It’s important to me that the middle name be two (maybe 3?) syllables, as our last name is very short ([name]Kim[/name]) and I think a 3-2-1 flow tends to sound nice. I like vintage, feminine names. Thanks!

If I had used [name]Adeline[/name] (it didn’t quite make it to my top 10), my combo would have been [name]Adeline[/name] [name]Emma[/name] [name]Ruth[/name] ([name]Ruth[/name] being a family name. I might have opted for [name]Adeline[/name] [name]Emma[/name] [name]Rue[/name] instead). [name]Adeline[/name] [name]Zoe[/name] would have been my second contender. If you like either, feel free to take them–I really don’t think I’ll be using either in the future.

I am starting to think I should be considering longer middle names in general since our last name is so super short…or even middles that may be technically two syllables but LOOK longer ([name]Phoebe[/name], [name]Charlotte[/name]) as opposed to [name]Nora[/name], [name]Clara[/name], etc. So what do you think about these longer options?
