I like all the characters/names you highlighted! [name_f]Minerva[/name_f] was my inspiration for this post! I think she’s one of the best role models and the name is pretty usable.
I also love [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], [name_u]Blaise[/name_u], and [name_m]Augustus[/name_m] and have them on my list, but not because of the characters (not that Mr. Weasley isn’t a good namesake)!

I’m sure I’m forgetting plenty, but those are the names I like off the top of my head! Some of them ([name_f]Lily[/name_f], [name_u]James[/name_u], [name_f]Alicia[/name_f]) are barely associated with [name_u]Harry[/name_u] [name_m]Potter[/name_m] unless you list them together.
Of the ones I listed, I think they are all usable except for Nymphadora. Some of them are on the braver side, but they aren’t total GPs. I would consider Salazar the second-boldest choice, but because it has usage as a surname, I think it’s usable as a given name, too.

My favourites that I would consider using:
[name_f]Lavender[/name_f] - my favourite for the flower and colour associations. The character I am less jazzed about.
[name_f]Rowena[/name_f] - would probably only use as a middle name. I like the sound but again, the character isn’t one I’m really looking to honour.
[name_f]Ginevra[/name_f] - finally a character worth immortalizing! And I love the name on paper, but have a hard time getting it to roll off my tongue. Also, my partner doesn’t like gin (the drink) and I can totally see him using this as a reason to veto the name!

[name_m]Newt[/name_m]! I love [name_m]Newt[/name_m] and wish I could use it as a nickname for [name_m]Newton[/name_m]! Already been vetoed sadly
