Best time to buy winter coat?

[name]Hi[/name] all! With winter weather coming to a close, I was thinking about ordering DD’s winter coat for next year. This will be the first heavy coat I’ve gotten for her. Right now, just looking at Amazon, I’m seeing most of the $70 coats marked down to $25-$35. I guess I’m just wondering if I will be able to find one similarly priced when fall rolls around, or will they shoot back up to $70? I don’t know if it’s kind of like how items at [name]Kohl[/name]'s always say the original price was $50, but it’s always on “sale” or marked down.

I’d love to hear about any brands you’ve loved for your 2-3 year olds, too :slight_smile:

The best time to buy coats is now. Prices drop drastically as spring approaches. I got just got myself a really nice wool coat for $15!

The second best time is [name]Black[/name] Friday. Otherwise prices are pretty high in the fall/early winter because that’s when people tend to buy coats.

Cool! I got myself I nice coat at JCP for $24 last week :slight_smile: I didn’t know if kids coats were just one of those items that always seem to be on sale - I should’ve been paying attention last year I guess. I’m watching for ridiculous deals!

[name]Macy[/name]'s has really marked down coats around this time! Same with JCPenny’s and all those big department stores.
