To be honest, I’d avoid any hard ca/ka names with a surname that begins with kar.
Having said that, I do like [name_m]Cassius[/name_m], and [name_m]Cassian[/name_m]. I pronounce them [name_u]Cass[/name_u]-ee-an and [name_u]Cass[/name_u]-ee-us.
Like all of these options. My favourite is [name_m]Casper[/name_m], least favourite [name_m]Cassian[/name_m]. I would say “[name_u]CASS[/name_u]-ee-us” and “[name_u]CASS[/name_u]-ee-un” too.
I have always pronounced [name_m]Cassius[/name_m] (sh-us), but [name_m]Cassian[/name_m] (ee-an). As a [name_u]Cass[/name_u] myself, I would vote [name_m]Cassius[/name_m] or [name_m]Cassian[/name_m].
[name_m]Casper[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] would go really well together. They both are easily pronounced and are similar in style. I would be a little hesitant to use Ca- names with your last name. It might get a bit like a tongue twister depends on what your last name is.
I pronounce [name_m]Cassian[/name_m] and [name_m]Cassius[/name_m] both with the see pronunciation. My personal favorite [name_m]Cas[/name_m]- name is [name_m]Casimir[/name_m]! From your list, I like [name_m]Casper[/name_m] best. The Friendly Ghost is a good association.
Casamir for sure
I voted [name_m]Castor[/name_m] {love!} but adore the suggestions of [name_m]Casimir[/name_m]. Coincidentally, today is the feast day of St. [name_m]Casimir[/name_m].
