[name_f]Laina[/name_f] for sure—I agree that [name_f]Lena[/name_f] will often get [name_u]LEE[/name_u]-nuh (esp. with the fame of [name_f]Lena[/name_f] [name_m]Dunham[/name_m]). I would also pronounce Laena and [name_f]Leina[/name_f] like [name_m]LAY[/name_m]-nuh, but the [name_f]Laina[/name_f] spelling seems more familiar.
