Bethan + Zoe?

I’ve been toying around with names from our list to try and pass some time while I’m still in lockdown, and I came up with a combo that I actually really like, but I’m not sure of the flow?

[name_f]Bethan[/name_f] is the Welsh form of my mother’s name ([name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]) - my mom’s grandfather, who she was incredibly close to was proudly Welsh, and it’s something my mom is really proud of as well. I also love [name_f]Bethany[/name_f], but S/O vetoed it. Due to the slight pronunciation difference, he likes [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] though :woman_shrugging:

[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] is S/O’s all-time favourite girls name. I like it a lot, but I don’t know that I entirely love it as a first name? I love the sound of [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f], but with our surname, it feels a little bit incomplete.

[name_u]Louise[/name_u] is one I’ve always had a soft spot for - I just love it! I know it’s a bit filler, but I feel like it rounds out the combination?

I also thought of [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] - [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] after [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_m]Newton[/name_m]-[name_m]John[/name_m], who is one of my all-time favourite actresses (Grease is my favourite film of all-time), but I’m not sure if that flows any better than [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u]?

Surname is two syllables and begins with D.

What do you think, does [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u] D --------- work, or is [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] better?

Thanks!

Bethan [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] is just beautiful! It flows well and I love the meaning behind it

I love [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u]. I’m not a fan of [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], but that’s due to a personal connection I have to the name. haha I think [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u] flows better than [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f], too.

I think [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u] flows better, but both are beautiful!

Personally I like [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] best. I don’t think you need to worry so much about [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]’s popularity given it will be a middle name.

Good luck with your choice

I like [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u] better.

Bethan [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] [name_u]Louise[/name_u] is really balanced and super cute! I would definitely go with this one. [name_f]Imo[/name_f], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] makes the name a bit of a mouthful, whereas [name_u]Louise[/name_u] softens it and bridges the style gap between [name_f]Bethan[/name_f] and [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] perfectly. Plus, you could save [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] as a middle name for a potential future daughter (if you so choose), as it pairs really well with a lot of other names!
