Not sure if this is an existing game but I’ve not found one like it so I thought I’d start a new thread. This is based off of the way that the monthly birth announcement blog posts are structured and it goes as follows:

We start with a list of 5 names with the siblings they are joining. The next poster takes either the announced name or one of the sibling names from each set and creates a new set to go with it.

so you can choose any name from each set (or more than one if you want - you could just add to a set if you like it a lot already) and create an entirely or partially new birth announcement sibset for each. I hope it makes sense !
