There’s an account that has been telling me to go to hell. Obviously they’re just an internet troll so I don’t care for their opinion but can you block people on NB I can’t find any information on it.

You can’t block people, but I would PM an admin, they can ban people

If you go to your profile and then to preferences, there is a option to ignore a certain user. This wil suppress all posts, notifications, and PMs from this user.

So sorry that you’ve experienced this.
With extreme cases like this it might be better to inform a staff member, but if you ever want to mute someone you can do that on their profile
Muting will hide any notifications from them, ignoring will hide everything they do
