[name]Remember[/name] the show [name]Blossom[/name]? When’s the last time [name]Blossom[/name] was used for a girl’s name?
There were 23 Blossoms born in the US in 2010 (the 2011 data isn’t out yet) so… that. There’s a celeb baby named [name]Petal[/name] [name]Blossom[/name] [name]Rainbow[/name] ([name]Jamie[/name] [name]Oliver[/name]'s daughter) who is a couple years old now, I think, but that’s the only one I’ve heard of “in real life”.
Powerpuff Girls were [name]Blossom[/name], Bubbles, and [name]Buttercup[/name]!
We would consider using [name]Blossom[/name] in the middle slot. Same as Bloom. I think it fits best there.
xo [name]Viv[/name]
While I knew of course both references mentioned (the series and the power puff girl), when I hear [name]Blossom[/name] I remember [name]Walter[/name] [name]Reed[/name]'s daughter. She went unnamed until about the age of 9 (or close to that) when she named herself [name]Blossom[/name]. So I’ve always thought it was cute from then on.
Hmm, how would address a child that’s unnamed for 9yrs? Interesting.
My Grandma, who was born around 1910, told me she went to school with a [name]Blossom[/name] [name]Apple[/name].
Ooh, [name]Blossom[/name] [name]Apple[/name]'s parents were [name]WAY[/name] ahead of the unigue name game! Maybe that [name]Blossom[/name] [name]Apple[/name] is in [name]Gwyneth[/name] Paltrow’s family tree. Hmm…Interesting!
