I think of it as more of a flower name. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Bonny[/name_f] would be cute.
Definitely, definitely [name_f]Violet[/name_f]. I can’t see [name_f]Bonny[/name_f]'s appeal, sorry. I think of the colour first.
[name_f]Violet[/name_f] 100%, and I think of flower first.
Hmmm… I’m going with [name_f]Bonny[/name_f], because I think that’s quite a nice name with a lovely meaning, and especially a great choice if you’re looking to avoid a very popular name. ([name_f]Violet[/name_f] is now top 50 and likely still climbing.) I think I prefer the more familiar [name_f]Bonnie[/name_f] spelling to give it more distance from the words “bony” and “bunny”, but if [name_f]Bonny[/name_f] is the only spelling option I still like it a lot (and don’t think it’s too close to those words). Regarding [name_f]Violet[/name_f] color or flower… I don’t know, I think both - I think of a purple-colored flower lol. The feel [name_f]Bonny[/name_f] gives me is sweet, well-mannered, a little old fashioned, put-together and on top of things, unique and interesting. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] on the other hand is attention-grabbing, colorful and dynamic, also interesting but currently less unique.
