Yikes! It was hard enough deciding on two boy names! Now we need a third and it has to vibe with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] & [name_u]Jude[/name_u]. I would love some feed back! Here’s what I have so far:
[name_u]Charlie[/name_u], [name_m]Otto[/name_m], [name_u]Theo[/name_u], [name_m]Milo[/name_m], [name_u]Beck[/name_u], [name_m]Silas[/name_m] ([name_u]Charlie[/name_u] is my husbands dads name. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the name just not sure if it go with the other kids names?) 
Any new recommendations welcomed!

My pick would be [name_m]Milo[/name_m], for sure!
I think that [name_m]Milo[/name_m] fits the best with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] and [name_u]Jude[/name_u]. Could you do [name_m]Milo[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] as a way to honor FIL?
[name_u]Beck[/name_u] is great, especially with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] and [name_u]Jude[/name_u].
I think [name_u]Beck[/name_u] or [name_m]Milo[/name_m] work best with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] and [name_u]Jude[/name_u] BUT I think honouring family trumps flow so I would suggest [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]. Especially so that you love it! It may not be the best with your other two boys, but it isn’t bad.
I really love [name_u]Theo[/name_u], [name_u]Beck[/name_u], and [name_m]Silas[/name_m] with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] and [name_u]Jude[/name_u]! I love the idea of [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] for brothers, but for some reason, [name_m]Cash[/name_m] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] sort of clash for me. But I agree with @whitegardenia - if [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] is your favorite, and you really want to honor him by using his name, I would go for it anyway. And [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]'s a great name.

First of all, I love your boy’s names! Cash and Jude are definitely great names.
From your list, I would go with Beck. Definitely has a similar feel to Cash & Jude.

I like it too! [name_m]Cash[/name_m], [name_u]Jude[/name_u], and [name_u]Beck[/name_u] are so so so perfect together! [name_u]Beck[/name_u] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] or you could use [name_u]Beck[/name_u] as a nn for [name_m]Becker[/name_m] or [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] to get a bit better flow if that concerns you. I think naming him what you will be calling him is best though, so I would go with [name_u]Beck[/name_u] [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] or [name_u]Beck[/name_u] [name_m]Charles[/name_m]. Or [name_m]Milo[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] and [name_m]Milo[/name_m] [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] are just as nice, which ever speeds up your heartbeat the most.
[name_m]Cash[/name_m] and [name_u]Jude[/name_u] sound very musically-inspired to me ([name_m]Johnny[/name_m] [name_m]Cash[/name_m], Hey [name_u]Jude[/name_u]) so the first one that jumped out at me was [name_u]Beck[/name_u]. I also really like [name_m]Milo[/name_m] though! I do agree that honoring family trumps everything for me though, so if you like [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] I would go with that!

I think the C and ‘sh’ in cash sound too similar to the ‘Ch’ in [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] so I like [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] in the mn spot.
[name_m]Milo[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] would be great. [name_m]Milo[/name_m] seems modern and hip but not overdone.
[name_u]Beck[/name_u] is great with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] & [name_u]Jude[/name_u], maybe the best fit of all but I feel like [name_u]Beck[/name_u] sounds a little abrupt when paired with [name_m]Charles[/name_m]…so I guess the question is does that matter that much. [name_m]How[/name_m] do you like [name_u]Beck[/name_u] [name_m]Charles[/name_m]?
[name_m]Ace[/name_m] is a also a great fit with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] & [name_u]Jude[/name_u] but [name_m]Ace[/name_m] feels kinda trendy and then makes the other two sound trendy too…maybe that’s just in my head.
I love [name_m]Griffin[/name_m]. My favorite stand alone name out of all your options. It’s longer than the others which might be a factor.
I didn’t notice [name_m]Ace[/name_m] and [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] on the end of your first post…yikes! [name_m]Ace[/name_m] feels new to me and I don’t know anyone named [name_m]Ace[/name_m]. I’m wondering if it would be hard to wear for some. As in #1 [name_m]Ace[/name_m]. It works well with [name_m]Cash[/name_m] & [name_u]Jude[/name_u] though. [name_m]Griffin[/name_m] feels like it would suit many personalities.
