Boy name addiction

It’s been getting a little crazy lately, but I have this love of finding unique boy names. What do you think of my latest one, [name]Elia[/name]. It’s an Italian variation on [name]Elijah[/name] and can also be spelled [name]Eliah[/name]. Couple questions.
[name]Do[/name] you think it sounds male?
[name]How[/name] would you pronounce/spell it?
What would your first impression be of a boy named [name]Elia[/name]?

I would probably pronounce it el-eye-uh. But that sounds a bit feminine, sorta like [name]Aaliyah[/name]. It’s a nice name though.
I guess the other option would be Eel-ee-uh. Which reminds me of ilia kulik the ice skater.

I would say it AY-lee-uh or EE-lee-uh. I think it sounds a bit feminine, or looks like a typo of “[name]Elias[/name]” without the S. You may like the idea of [name]Elio[/name]–“Italian and Spanish from Greek sun god, [name]Helios[/name].” I say that one AY-lee-o, and I love it but will probably never use it. [name]Elia[/name] could grow on me.
