Expecting a little boy soon. He will already have a half brother [name_m]Orson[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] and half sister [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] [name_m]Winters[/name_m]
But me and my girlfriend are getting nowhere with names. We have completely different styles. In her family, they all have two middle names which just confuses stuff more. The only thing we know for certain is that one middle name will be [name_m]Charles[/name_m] (honor name)
Names she likes:
[name_m]Romeo[/name_m]*
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m]*
[name_m]Henry[/name_m]
[name_m]Eduardo[/name_m]
[name_m]Archibald[/name_m]
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m]
Her middles:
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m]
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m]
[name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] [name_m]Charles[/name_m]
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Augustus[/name_m]
Names I like:
[name_u]Eden[/name_u]* (I know some people say it’s a girl named, but I love it for a boy and also it’s the name of my favourite musician)
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m]*
[name_u]River[/name_u]
[name_m]Forrest[/name_m]
[name_m]Nolan[/name_m]
My middles:
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Scott[/name_m]
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]
[name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Harris[/name_m]
So, there’s not really much we agree on for names. Also she isn’t very bothered about his name going well with his siblings but I’d quite like it to.
Last name is two syllables beginning with w and ending with s
Names on your list that seem to cross over in style:
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m]
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m]
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m]
[name_u]River[/name_u]
They feel both old fashioned and new, distinct but not too out there
Some name suggestions that might be middle ground:
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u]
[name_u]Arlo[/name_u]
[name_m]Miles[/name_m]/[name_m]Milo[/name_m]
[name_m]Archer[/name_m]
[name_m]Felix[/name_m]
[name_m]Raphael[/name_m]
[name_m]Silas[/name_m]
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m]
[name_m]Harris[/name_m]
[name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m]/[name_u]Eden[/name_u] [name_u]Bellamy[/name_u] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] are my favorites from your list.
Great selection! Personally, I am a huge fan of the name [name_u]Eden[/name_u], I love the elegance and Biblical reference. [name_f]Happy[/name_f] naming! Have a great day:)
[name_m]Orson[/name_m], [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], & [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m] [name_m]Romeo[/name_m]… the only reservation being 2 kids with the same initial which would bother me a lot since I always use a single initial on plastic cups, etc.
I think calling a boy [name_u]Eden[/name_u] will cause a lot of grief since the nn, [name_f]Edie[/name_f], sounds even more feminine.
