I voted for [name_m]Louis[/name_m], although I think you’ll have to deal with people saying his name with an ‘s’ all the time. Have you considered [name_m]Louie[/name_m]?
[name_m]Winston[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] are both great but coupled with your last name that’s too many 'n’s for me.
My favourite name is [name_m]Louis[/name_m], but [name_m]Winston[/name_m] also sounds nice with your surname, though it’s not my style
I think [name_m]Milo[/name_m] and [name_m]Louis[/name_m] work best. My vote went to [name_m]Milo[/name_m], as I myself just prefer it to [name_m]Louis[/name_m].
I think [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] and [name_m]Winston[/name_m] along with surname [name_m]Neumann[/name_m] sound a little abrupt due to both names ending in N. They also run into each other a bit for the same reason. [name_m]Milo[/name_m] and [name_m]Louis[/name_m] do flow better, as they don’t have this problem.
I chose [name_m]Milo[/name_m] and [name_m]Louis[/name_m].
The others end in an n which runs into the n in [name_m]Neumann[/name_m]. Not to mention it also ends in n.
Ditto what everyone said about [name_m]Winston[/name_m] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] clashing with your last name. If one of them is your favourite though I wouldn’t let that stop you. They’re great options, as are [name_m]Milo[/name_m] and [name_m]Louis[/name_m]! I love both but [name_m]Milo[/name_m] just wins out for me. [name_m]Milo[/name_m] [name_m]Neumann[/name_m] sounds fantastic. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_m]Milo[/name_m] [name_m]Winston[/name_m] [name_m]Neumann[/name_m]?
If it weren’t for what others have said about your last name [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] would be my pick, but I like [name_m]Louis[/name_m] too so that got my vote.
They are all nice but [name_m]Milo[/name_m] works best with your last name. The beginning of [name_m]Louis[/name_m] (loo and and Neu) share the same sound as in loo-ee neu-man and the heavy N sounds in [name_u]Win[/name_u] and [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] with [name_m]Neuman[/name_m] stand out somewhat
