I have a friend named [name_m]Giancarlo[/name_m] and I think it’s a great name! He sometimes goes by Gianca but we mostly call him by his full name

Leonardo “[name_m]Leo[/name_m]” is so cool and it’s a “best of both worlds” kind of name to me.

It’s grand and cultured in full, but [name_m]Leo[/name_m] is cool and lively for short.

It’s got clear Italian roots, but works well internationally, and [name_m]Leo[/name_m] must be one of the most seamlessly international nicknames around.

I really like your other options as well, but [name_m]Leo[/name_m] is always impossible to beat for me :lion:
