Boy name starting with A to go with sib set

I am 21 weeks with a boy who is a very welcomed surprise. I have 4 kids all names start with A and it didn’t originally start on purpose that way but once you are past 2-3, the older kids feel like sib would feel left out of the “A team” as they call themselves. So here I am and I can’t find an A name that I like that isn’t too close to one of the other names. Help!
I have and @bigail, @idan, @sher and an @ubrey

names we like:
[name_u]August[/name_u] nn [name_m]Augie[/name_m]
[name_m]Archer[/name_m]
[name_m]Anders[/name_m]

There are others like [name_m]Andrew[/name_m] but we can’t use it because it’s already in the family and feel it’s sort of blah. The first 3 kiddo’s are all older so their names while popular now were not at all popular when I gave them. In fact, we have only ever come across one other @sher all of these years and don’t know any @ubrey’s.

Any suggestions? We don’t like names that are too obscure but definitely not in the top 10 if that helps.

I love your three ideas, especially [name_m]Archer[/name_m] for no other reason than I love [name_m]Archie[/name_m].

[name_m]Will[/name_m] also suggest [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]

Good luck!

[name_m]Archer[/name_m] and [name_m]Anders[/name_m] are great- I think I prefer [name_m]Anders[/name_m]. I don’t love [name_u]August[/name_u] but I think I’m in the minority here!!

And agree with pp- [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is cute

Few other ideas
[name_u]Arlo[/name_u]
[name_u]Alden[/name_u]
[name_m]Austin[/name_m]
[name_m]Aaron[/name_m]
[name_m]Alec[/name_m]/[name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Anthony[/name_m]
[name_m]Angelo[/name_m]
[name_m]Abel[/name_m]
[name_m]Atticus[/name_m]

@bigail, @idan, @sher and an @ubrey

That is so sweet that they call themselves the A team and I think that’s so good they don’t want their sibling to be left out.

I really like [name_m]Anders[/name_m] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m] with your sibset, I would also suggest

[name_m]Axel[/name_m]
[name_u]Abbott[/name_u]
[name_m]Alaric[/name_m]
[name_m]Ajax[/name_m]
[name_m]Atlas[/name_m]
[name_u]Alcott[/name_u]

[name_f]Abigail[/name_f], [name_u]Aiden[/name_u], [name_m]Asher[/name_m], [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] and…

I love [name_m]Archer[/name_m], thats my 100% fav. Debating if its too close to [name_m]Asher[/name_m]. My second would be [name_u]August[/name_u].

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the three name options you have. I know so many [name_m]Archer[/name_m]/[name_m]Archie[/name_m]’s so would go with one of the others if you prefer it to be less popular.

I would go for the very cool, Euro [name_m]Anders[/name_m]! [name_m]Archer[/name_m] seems too close to [name_m]Asher[/name_m] and [name_u]August[/name_u] is too intense to me.

There’s also [name_m]Ansel[/name_m], [name_m]Aalto[/name_m] and [name_m]Axel[/name_m] - but prob too Euro/trendy/unusual, whereas [name_m]Anders[/name_m] is not! Another option is [name_m]Alasdair[/name_m] or [name_m]Alistair[/name_m].

One thing I really like about your kids names is that they all start with the same letter but all end in different letters.

I know it’ll be hard not to repeat the end sound but I think you should try to stick with this trend. It seems like it keeps their names from mushing together when you say them in a row.

Two suggestions I have for you are [name_u]Andre[/name_u] and [name_m]Abram[/name_m]. Both are within the top 1000 but not anywhere near the top 10.

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps

[name_m]Archer[/name_m] and [name_u]August[/name_u] are both wonderful, they were on my list as well! And if you’re feeling courageous, I think [name_m]Arrow[/name_m] is a pretty amazing boy name, too. (Wish my husband shared my name taste because [name_u]August[/name_u] [name_m]Arrow[/name_m] would 100% be on my list). [name_m]Axel[/name_m] and [name_m]Atlas[/name_m] have both been A names on my list, as well.

I do think [name_m]Archer[/name_m] is a little too close to [name_m]Asher[/name_m], sorry, and [name_u]August[/name_u] “[name_m]Augie[/name_m]” is perhaps too close to [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u], too.

[name_f]Avalon[/name_f]
[name_f]Amelie[/name_f]
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f]
[name_u]Arden[/name_u]

[name_u]Arlo[/name_u]
[name_m]Austin[/name_m]
[name_m]Angus[/name_m]
[name_m]Atlas[/name_m]

[name_m]Aaron[/name_m]
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m]
[name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Alvin[/name_m]
[name_u]Andre[/name_u]
[name_m]Apollo[/name_m]
[name_u]Asa[/name_u]
[name_m]Anton[/name_m]
[name_m]Aldous[/name_m]
[name_m]Anderson[/name_m]
[name_m]Ansel[/name_m]
[name_m]Angus[/name_m]
[name_m]Anatole[/name_m]

I like [name_m]Archer[/name_m] and [name_u]August[/name_u]. I also thought of

[name_m]Art[/name_m]
[name_m]Austin[/name_m]/[name_u]Austen[/name_u]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_m]Alon[/name_m]
[name_u]Alex[/name_u]
[name_f]Arwen[/name_f]
[name_m]Axel[/name_m]
[name_m]Aaron[/name_m]
[name_u]Asa[/name_u]
[name_m]Adrian[/name_m]
[name_u]Alfie[/name_u]
[name_u]Alek[/name_u]
Allister

I like [name_u]August[/name_u] but I think [name_m]Augie[/name_m] and [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] are far too close, they sound like the same name.

I’d go for [name_m]Archer[/name_m].

I feel like [name_u]August[/name_u] is too close to [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u],maybe that’s just me. I like [name_m]Archer[/name_m] and [name_m]Anders[/name_m] though.

[name_m]Alistair[/name_m]
AJ
[name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Antony[/name_m]
[name_m]Aaron[/name_m]

Yes, we were really questioning the [name_m]Augie[/name_m]/[name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] thing. [name_m]Archer[/name_m] and [name_m]Asher[/name_m] are similar but at least it’s just the ending and he’d likely be caused [name_m]Archie[/name_m], plus there is a 13 year age difference. I do love [name_m]Anders[/name_m] though so I’m sort of torn between [name_m]Archer[/name_m] and [name_m]Anders[/name_m].

I like [name_u]August[/name_u].
[name_m]Archer[/name_m] is okay, but not my style.
[name_m]Anders[/name_m] is definitely a no no…boring!

For me the similarity between [name_m]Archer[/name_m] and [name_m]Asher[/name_m] would bother me more than Auggie and [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]. Auggie is just a nickname that as he grew older he could choose not use. [name_m]Archer[/name_m] on the other hand would stick with him for ever. So [name_u]August[/name_u] gets my vote.

I would suggest…

[name_m]Abram[/name_m]
[name_m]Albin[/name_m]
[name_m]Ammon[/name_m]
[name_m]Amos[/name_m]
[name_m]Ansel[/name_m]

@bigail, @idan, @sher, @ubrey and

[name_m]Alec[/name_m], [name_u]Alex[/name_u]
[name_m]Axel[/name_m]
[name_m]Atticus[/name_m]
[name_m]Ansel[/name_m]
[name_m]Aldo[/name_m]
[name_u]Asa[/name_u]

Ideally, I would try not to repeat beginning sounds or ending sounds…

There is also… [name_m]Andrew[/name_m].

My suggestions
[name_m]Amos[/name_m]
[name_m]Adam[/name_m]
[name_m]Angus[/name_m]
[name_m]Anton[/name_m]
