Hey everyone,
We have two girls ([name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Brynn[/name_f]) and are expecting a boy in a week. Any suggestions for a name that matches?
We were playing around with double consonant names to keep the pattern going ([name_u]Connor[/name_u], [name_u]Callum[/name_u], [name_u]Cooper[/name_u], [name_u]Brooks[/name_u]) but aren’t in love with those names. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like any of then? We like [name_m]Ian[/name_m], [name_u]Aiden[/name_u]. Middle name will likely be [name_m]Brandon[/name_m].
Emma & [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] are both simple & smart. Here are my thoughts on what you’re thinking so far:
Connor-Well, I like this fine, but prefer [name_m]Conor[/name_m]. It seems a tad more authentic that way.
Callum-And I like [name_m]Calum[/name_m] better here! It just makes more sense to me, since it’s ‘[name_u]Cal[/name_u]-um’, not ‘Call-um’, you know? The nn [name_u]Cal[/name_u] is super sleek & handsome.
Cooper-Meh, I’m not a fan of this one. It’s kind of trendy & a bit goofy sounding to me.
Brooks-Not a terrible name; just not my favorite. It’s kind of modern, & I think I prefer more classics. It’s a bit close to [name_f]Brynn[/name_f], anyway.
Ian-I like this for. I kind of prefer [name_m]Iain[/name_m] (sorry, I’m annoyingly picky about spelling apparently.). This gives me a similar vibe as your girls’ names. And it’s not terribly over done.
Aiden-I really really prefer [name_u]Aidan[/name_u]. It also looks more authentic that way. I don’t think that this goes as well w/Emma & [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] as [name_m]Ian[/name_m] does though for some reason.
Emma, [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] and little brother [name_m]Isaac[/name_m]!
I also love [name_u]Finn[/name_u] but it rhymes too much with [name_f]Brynn[/name_f].
So names in order that I love:
[name_m]Isaac[/name_m]
[name_m]William[/name_m]
[name_u]Jesse[/name_u]
[name_u]Wyatt[/name_u]
[name_u]Milo[/name_u]
I think
[name_f]Emma[/name_f], [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] and [name_u]Connor[/name_u] flows nicely And [name_u]Connor[/name_u] [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] sounds good. In general I like [name_u]Callum[/name_u] but I’m not sure [name_u]Callum[/name_u] [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] works well.
Emma and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] are beautiful and I like your subtle theme that ties them together. With [name_m]Brandon[/name_m] as the middle name and sticking with the double letter from your suggestions/ options my heart loves [name_u]Callum[/name_u] [name_m]Brandon[/name_m]
Aaden , [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] , [name_u]Abbott[/name_u], [name_m]Llewelyn[/name_m] : Would be my suggestions if you wanted the double letter at the beginning of the name as [name_f]Emma[/name_f] is in the middle and [name_f]Brynn[/name_f] is at the end . [name_m]Llewelyn[/name_m] is a guilty pleasure of mine but also pretty out there
