Husband has respectfully requested that we Pick a name that has his initials (as every male in his family has done) which I have agreed to. First and Middle initials need to be T and L, the problem lies in that I don’t like having multiple names within the same family, so that leaves us with very few in a family full of boys. We can NOT use [name]Todd[/name], [name]Trevor[/name], [name]Trent[/name], [name]Travis[/name], [name]Troy[/name], [name]Tyler[/name], [name]Tom[/name], [name]Thomas[/name], [name]Tim[/name], or [name]Timothy[/name]. DH and I really like [name]Tate[/name], [name]Tristan[/name], [name]Tyson[/name], and I’m trying really really hard to love DH’s fave [name]Trey[/name]. I’m looking for some other options, as none of these are just CALLING out to me…also L names we like are [name]Liam[/name], [name]Lucas[/name], and [name]Lionel[/name]. I like more off the wall, phonetically pleasing names and DH appreciates a strong “normal” name…would like a quiet medium. Any suggestions?

I REALLY love Truett, and so does DH! I think we have both agreed on Truett [name]Lee[/name]. A simple strong middle name with a more obscure first name. Thanks!!

I was going to suggest other options, but I see now that you’ve settled on Truett [name]Lee[/name]! I absolutely love Truett, probably my favorite “T” name out there. Super handsome.

Thanks! I really like [name]Tristan[/name], but is used so often here as a girl name, I kept shying away from it. I already have a son named [name]Connor[/name], and his name is being used for girls more and more, which he is developing a complex over. I wish some names would just stay gender neutral.i though I was safe with My second son, who is named [name]Jack[/name], and there was a Woman I work with who named her daughter that!! Never in my life would I have thought a strong older name like [name]Jack[/name] to go unisex.
