Looking for your thoughts if [name_u]Carson[/name_u] is too close to [name_u]Carter[/name_u] (a cousin). We like a traditional/modern style if that makes sense and DD is [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f]. Other ideas are:
Names are not owned. It doesn’t matter if people use names close to (or the same names) as family or friends or anyone else. It is unavoidable anyway. People cannot predict the future and what new friends, family members, neighbors, etc will be in their life in the future.
My favorites from your list are; [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], [name_m]Levi[/name_m], [name_u]Dylan[/name_u], and [name_m]Austin[/name_m]. The only one I am not too fond of is [name_m]Tanner[/name_m].
I don’t think [name_u]Carson[/name_u] is too close to [name_u]Carter[/name_u], unless they’ll be growing up next door to each other or something. (And even then, if you love the name, use it!)
With [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f], my favorites from your list are [name_m]Austin[/name_m] and [name_m]Levi[/name_m]. Not a fan of [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] or [name_m]Tanner[/name_m].
I don’t think so, I share a similar name to a cousin - then again, there were 20+ of us and not significantly close. Might be a bit too similar if they’re growing up really close, but then you could ask the parents if you are that close.
I love the name [name_u]Carson[/name_u] soo much so I’d go with that for sure and it’s not at all similar! From your list I also like [name_u]Dylan[/name_u].
Thanks everyone. We are now debating between [name_u]Carson[/name_u] and [name_m]Bennett[/name_m]. What do you think? Any suggestions for middles with either name? Thanks for your help!
