[name_m]Hi[/name_m], we’re expecting a baby boy and love the name [name_u]Freddie[/name_u]! However, my sister just had twins and ones name is [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] with the nickname [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]. We see my sister very often and feel that it could get a bit confusing, but we will still go with [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] if we can’t find a name that we love as much.
Middle name will most likely be [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] (love the name but not any of the nicknames), but we were also thinking about [name_m]Jackson[/name_m] because my husband’s name is [name_m]Jack[/name_m].
We both really like [name_u]Charlie[/name_u], [name_m]Archie[/name_m], [name_u]Wade[/name_u], [name_m]Peter[/name_m], [name_m]Jonty[/name_m] and Lachie. I also personally like [name_u]Robbie[/name_u], [name_m]Richie[/name_m] (this one’s growing on my husband), [name_u]Alfie[/name_u] and [name_u]Elliott[/name_u].
[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Harry[/name_m] but we’ve already used the name for our cat!
If your main worry is [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] being too close to [name_u]Teddy[/name_u], what about using [name_u]Freddie[/name_u] but calling him [name_m]Fred[/name_m] as a family nickname, which doesn’t sound that much like [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]?
Your style reminds me of the short, simple, nicknamey names popular in [name_m]Britain[/name_m] right now. What about:
We also like [name_m]Levi[/name_m], [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. Although [name_m]Henry[/name_m] may be too close to our cat, [name_m]Harry[/name_m].
Thanks, we like [name_u]Ollie[/name_u]/[name_u]Olly[/name_u] but not [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]. We also like [name_u]James[/name_u] with the nickname [name_u]Jamie[/name_u].
