i think that my taste is something along the lines of “eclectic cowboy” - classic western or old testament boy names that peaked in the 1900s to 1930s. think Foster, Enoch, Frank, Ephraim, Cal, Amos, Indiana, Otis, Abraham, Lowell. i prefer mostly one to two syllable names and diminutives, but it’s not a hard and fast rule.
what are some names or combos that fit this style? if it helps, my favourite combos at the moment are Frank Ephraim and Cal Enoch Lowell.
