We found out recently that we are having a boy! Though we still have several months to go/ to change our minds, here are two we are thinking of. Would love some feedback, as we are not revealing the name so can’t ask family or friends for opinions! [name_f]My[/name_f] husband & I both like them both but we each favor one over the other (and not the same one of course). We are going for old fashioned and somewhere between uncommon and way too common:

[name_m]Maxwell[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]

I much prefer [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] to [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m]. What about something like [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]? [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] has pretty good flow also.

They are both awesome names! [name_f]My[/name_f] personal preference is [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m], [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] is probably a bit less common though. You can’t really go wrong!

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite is [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m]. [name_m]Both[/name_m] are very handsome. If I could rearrange them, I love [name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]…[name_m]John[/name_m] [name_m]Archer[/name_m] is very handsome also.

I prefer [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]. It is sweet and handsome :slight_smile:

Thanks everyone! I just don’t want people to hear the name & be totally disgusted. I know there will always be people who don’t like a name, but I don’t want the majority of people to feel that way. The comments are encouraging for both camps :slight_smile:
