Does the name “[name]Berry[/name]” make you think girl or buy …and why ??

I’d think of it as a shortened form of [name]Beryl[/name] or [name]Beatrice[/name] or Berrin - all girls names. Also because I think of [name]Berry[/name]'s as sweet. Girls are sweet 
[name]Berry[/name] makes me think of a girl. Like my [name]StrawBERRY[/name] Shortcake doll I had and loved as a child. She blew strawberry scented kisses when you squeezed her. 
[name]Berry[/name] seems like a boy’s name to me. I’ve known several dudes named [name]Barry[/name]. Plus, there are NBA players & MLB players I’m familiar with named [name]Barry[/name].
Javad makes a good point about it being very close (and pronounced exactly the same depending on where you live!) to [name]Barry[/name]. I’d assume a [name]Berry[/name] was a boy, not only for the reason javad mentioned but also because I know it as a surname and used to be friends with a male who always got called by his last name, which was [name]Berry[/name].
Feels very feminine to me. Berries are sweet treat and i guess that connotation doesn’t make it very masculine…
Girl. [name]Barry[/name] sounds quite different to me. My associations are feminine because most flower & fruit names are feminine.
