I’m pregnant with baby #4 (last one!) and am having trouble with a baby boy name.
My husband doesn’t like anything in the top 100. I don’t like names that have a long “I” sound in them. The name needs to blend with [name_m]Jonah[/name_m], [name_f]Susannah[/name_f], and [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] and preferably not start with those first letters.
Help?

[name_m]Miles[/name_m]. I know someone already suggested it but it fits perfectly!!
[name_m]Ansel[/name_m]
[name_u]Chandler[/name_u]
[name_m]Cyrus[/name_m]
[name_m]Eamon[/name_m]
[name_m]Ian[/name_m]. This name gives me the same sort of feel as [name_m]Jonah[/name_m]. But it is within top 100 at 77.
[name_u]Landry[/name_u]
[name_m]Weston[/name_m]
I noticed that your girl names both are 3 syllables and 8 letters. [name_f]May[/name_f] be fun to have another boy with 2 sylablles and 5 letters. [name_m]Just[/name_m] a thought if you like little patterns like that! Good luck!
Thanks to those who have responded!
More information:
[name_m]Miles[/name_m] was on our list but we know another couple with two sons, [name_m]Jonah[/name_m] and [name_m]Miles[/name_m]. We’re not close, but it would feel too matchy for me.
Our list has included [name_u]Elias[/name_u], [name_m]Silas[/name_m], [name_m]Simon[/name_m], [name_m]Malachy[/name_m], and [name_m]Caleb[/name_m]. I’ve been test driving [name_m]Caleb[/name_m], so to speak, and the more I use it the more I dislike it.
I’m working on getting over the long I sound, but we live in a Sputhern state and I don’t want [name_u]Elias[/name_u] to turn into E-Lie-Us (thus my aversion to the sound).
The only names my husband and I agree upon are names with that sound.
