The closest I can come up with are [name_m]Laramie[/name_m], [name_u]Larkin[/name_u], Larimar, and maybe [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]. [name_m]Larson[/name_m] popped into my head, too.
As far as I know, there’s no masculine form of [name_f]Lara[/name_f].
You could try names with similar sounds, e.g
[name_m]Laramie[/name_m]
[name_m]Larsen[/name_m]
[name_m]Larien[/name_m]/[name_m]Larian[/name_m]
[name_m]Ilar[/name_m]/[name_m]Ilario[/name_m]/Ilarion
Really any name with a strong Lar sound.
Or, a bit less obviously, names containing ‘Lar’, even if it’s not a prominent sound
[name_m]Clarence[/name_m] / [name_m]Claran[/name_m]/[name_m]Claron[/name_m]
[name_m]Alaric[/name_m]
[name_m]Clark[/name_m]
[name_f]Lark[/name_f]
[name_u]MacLaren[/name_u]
As others said, I quite like [name_u]Lawrence[/name_u]. Could also use [name_u]Loren[/name_u], [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m], [name_m]Lamar[/name_m], [name_m]Latham[/name_m], [name_m]Lauchlin[/name_m], Laurant, [name_m]Lawson[/name_m], or [name_m]Lazar/name_m
