Here’s the three boys’ names I’m thinking of using.
[name]Brandon[/name] [name]Adam[/name] [name]Blackburn[/name] (this name is an absolute must)
[name]Christopher[/name] [name]Scott[/name] [name]Blackburn[/name]
[name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Luke[/name] [name]Blackburn[/name]
Please tell me in all honesty what you think of these names. I’d really appreciate it! I’m not actually pregnant yet, thinking about trying later this year. So if there’s any negative feedback, I won’t get upset about it. I’m just putting together ideas and seeing what people think.
If you have any other suggestions, I love classic names like [name]John[/name] or [name]Noah[/name]- but I can’t use [name]John[/name] because there’s someone in the family named [name]John[/name] and it would get confusing, and I can’t use [name]Noah[/name] because my mom made fun of it. :_(
[name]Christopher[/name] is definitely my favorite of the first names, and I think [name]Scott[/name] works well as a middle name ([name]Christopher[/name] [name]Scott[/name] is the main guy in Miss Saigon :)). I think [name]Christopher[/name] [name]Luke[/name] would be even better, though!
[name]Brandon[/name] and [name]Wyatt[/name] aren’t my style, but [name]Brandon[/name] [name]Adam[/name] flows okay. I think [name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Luke[/name] does not, however…I think together they are very harsh-sounding.
I didn’t think [name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Luke[/name] flowed well either. What’s a middle name that goes well with [name]Wyatt[/name], and a middle name that goes well with [name]Luke[/name]?
[name]Christopher[/name] [name]Scott[/name] [name]Blackburn[/name] has excellent flow! [name]Wyatt[/name] is a fun name to keep on the list. I like [name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Christopher[/name].
[name]Christopher[/name] [name]Scott[/name] is great!
I agree with others who said that [name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Luke[/name] doesn’t flow well. Have you thought of [name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]? I actually also really like [name]Brandon[/name] [name]Luke[/name], even though I’m not a huge fan of [name]Brandon[/name].
You could use [name]Jack[/name] as a nn for [name]John[/name] to avoid confusion if you like it. What do you think of [name]Everett[/name], [name]Graham[/name], [name]Lee[/name], or [name]Abbott[/name]?
I like your middle names so much better. [name]Scott[/name] [name]Christopher[/name] and [name]Adam[/name] [name]Scott[/name] are so nice. I do find [name]Brandon[/name] and [name]Christopher[/name] to be very 1980’s though. I would leave them in the middle. [name]Wyatt[/name] [name]Luke[/name] is fab as is.
I also prefer [name]Scott[/name]. Of the three you listed, I would go with [name]CHristopher[/name], mostly because my aunt and sister both said that in their years in teaching, they never had a student named [name]Brandon[/name] who wasn’t badly behaved.
I’ve known plenty of [name]Brandon[/name]'s who were well behaved. The [name]Brandon[/name]'s I’ve known have been really sweet, quiet types. I used to love the name [name]Zachary[/name] but my dad said the same thing about it, that [name]Zachary[/name]'s were always bad.
I do still like the name [name]Wyatt[/name], what are some other good middle names for it?
As for the other suggestions, I somewhat liked [name]Everett[/name]. [name]Graham[/name], [name]Lee[/name] and [name]Abbott[/name] were a little TOO “unique” for me. I tend to gravitate toward traditional.
I’m hoping for a son who is sweet, kindhearted, nature-oriented and creative. I’m hoping my son will turn out to be a writer like me. I can’t guarantee how he’ll turn out, but I’d like a name that kind of goes with those qualities.
At the moment, my top 3 are:
Brandon Adam Blackburn
Christopher Scott Blackburn
Wyatt Alexander Blackburn (thanks for that suggestion!!!)
