i’m looking for a boys name for little bro to big sisters [name]Violet[/name] ([name]Vi[/name]/ [name]Via[/name] nm) and [name]Cordelia[/name] ([name]Cordy[/name]/ [name]Delia[/name] nm). names on my list so far are:

idk… any suggestions are super appreciated. ive found its so much easier to name girls than boys, lol anyway, our last name starts with an R and is one syllable so i would like a name with at least 2 syllables, and of course does’nt start with a R.
Like [name]Lucas[/name], but I love [name]Luca[/name].
[name]Callum[/name] is a nice choice, and fits well. Not sold on the spelling “Malcomb” (i would consider “[name]Malcolm[/name]”) and I’ve known too many girl Micahs to see it as a male name.

Since [name]Callum[/name] is Gaelic I thought you might like an Irish suggestion, like your lovely girls’ names it is a name you would expect to find among great grandparents and hits the length you are looking for.

I like [name]Callum[/name] a lot and it works with the sibset, although I’m odd and having two out of three children with a C name would bother me. I also quite like Malcomb, although I too prefer [name]Malcolm[/name]. I think it’s very handsome and again fits the sibset well.

I think something equally literary-ish would pair really well. My first idea was [name]Sebastian[/name], but I don’t know if the [name]Violet[/name]/[name]Sebastian[/name] thing is too close to [name]Viola[/name] and [name]Sebastian[/name] (who were twins in Twelfth [name]Night[/name]). I still like it, though. 
From your options, I like [name]Micah[/name] the best. I think [name]Violet[/name], [name]Cordelia[/name], and [name]Micah[/name] are lovely together.

None from your list make sense to me with your girls’ names. Though [name]Lucas[/name] could work if it were [name]Lucius[/name], or [name]Lucien[/name].
If you like [name]Callum[/name] and [name]Malcolm[/name], any interest in [name]Colm[/name] or [name]Colin[/name]?
Someone suggested [name]Malachy[/name]/[name]Malachi[/name]–great idea. I think [name]Malachi[/name] would be awesome for a brother to [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name], if you are considering the name.
