A) I need to some inspiration. My mother shot down half of my boys names the other day.
B) What are some combo ideas for [name_m]Ford[/name_m] , [name_u]Walker[/name_u] and [name_m]Granger[/name_m]?
C) [name_m]Otis[/name_m] or [name_m]Otto[/name_m]? I still prefer [name_m]Otis[/name_m] but I’m warming up to [name_m]Otto[/name_m]?
D) [name_f]Honour[/name_f] names for a [name_m]Harold[/name_m]? Or a [name_m]David[/name_m]?
I’m just speaking for [name_m]Otis[/name_m]. I just used it 12 days ago for my son and he gets so many positive comments on it. I also like [name_m]Otto[/name_m]. I also really like the name [name_m]Ford[/name_m].
a) What? Why is your mother involved in the naming of your children anyway? If she’s going to be ‘shooting down’ your ideas then don’t discuss it with her.

A) this is /your/ baby, that /you/ will be carrying inside you for nine months (or adopting maybe, which is just as hard), your mother should not have a saying in what you name your child
B)It really depends on your naming style, what kind of names are you looking for?
C) I definitely think [name_m]Otto[/name_m] is much cuter and prettier
D) [name_m]Harry[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_m]Roland[/name_m], [name_m]Hadden[/name_m], [name_u]Hadley[/name_u], just [name_m]Dave[/name_m]

These would not be your mother’s children, they would be your children, she really has no say in the matter.

I would need to know more to create combos that would be special to you.

I personally would choose [name_m]Otto[/name_m]. [name_m]Otto[/name_m] is an honor name.

I would use [name_m]Harold[/name_m] and [name_m]David[/name_m], names with the same meaning, diminutives, the names from another language. Names that are special to your loved ones, middle names, special places, names related to their birth month.
I like [name_m]Otis[/name_m] [name_u]Walker[/name_u], [name_m]Otis[/name_m] [name_m]Granger[/name_m], and [name_m]Otis[/name_m] [name_m]Harry[/name_m].
Okay quick clarification I am not anywhere near having kids it was just a conversation we were having but in the future her opinion will matter to me as I am her only child. Thank you for instilling my confidence in [name_m]Otis[/name_m] and I really like [name_u]Walker[/name_u] [name_m]David[/name_m].
A) Try checking out peoples’ signatures here for inspiration. Also, maybe don’t share names with your mother just yet.
