Our first daughter’s name is Aderyn [name_f]Joy[/name_f]. We wanted to give each of our children a ‘virtue name’ to follow the theme of ‘[name_f]Joy[/name_f]’ as we love that they give so much character to the child.
For a boy we came up with [name_m]Noble[/name_m] for a virtue middle name.
I had a lot of boy names the first time around but now I can’t see to get my mind off the name [name_m]Brandt[/name_m]. I like adding the ‘d’ in it, but it is said ‘[name_m]Brant[/name_m]’. I like that it is different name but very familiar sounding at the same time as it is like [name_m]Grant[/name_m] and [name_m]Brent[/name_m] but a combo of the two.
So I just wanted some thoughts on this name:
[name_m]Brandt[/name_m] [name_m]Noble[/name_m].
A very strong name perhaps, not great for a baby but they will grow into it and it will be a very strong adult name. Different but familiar.
I like it! Initially [name_m]Brandt[/name_m] seems a bit stuffy to me (not really my style), but I agree with PP, the more I say it and see it, the more I like it.
Thanks so much. [name_f]Glad[/name_f] that name is sounding good to you ladies! And that it is growing on you. I find that with more unique names that is always a good sign, at first it might not sound GREAT as it is different, but then it grows on you.
Thanks for your input.

[name_m]Brandt[/name_m] [name_m]Noble[/name_m] is stunning, it caught my eye as I was reading through this board. It’s definitely handsome and I agree it will fit really well on an adult - which is apropos considering most of his life, that’s what he’ll be!
