Is anyone else a little shocked [name]Levi[/name] [name]Johnston[/name] is going to name his new daughter after a gun? [name]Breeze[/name] Beretta sounds to me like the hooker who ends up dead by the end of the CSI episode.
Your thoughts?

Your thoughts?
Um. I never followed [name]Levi[/name] [name]Johnston[/name] so I had no idea what he was planning on naming his kid, nor had I any interest.
That said, I have always liked the name [name]Breeze[/name]. It is a big time GP of mine and it does not make me think of a gun. I could do without Beretta, but [name]Breeze[/name] is a cool name.
I like the [name]Breeze[/name]. In a way I even like [name]Breeze[/name] Beretta, but then it’s too cute because of the alliteration, and I don’t think the gun reference seems appropriate. But I can be conservative about baby names… That is part of why I was wondering what others thought…
I am pretty conservative when it comes to baby names, but I get wobbly at the knees with any nature type name. I love nature names.
Beretta would be fine for a BOY, not a girl. It’s not to my taste but that has nothing to do with it being a gun. [name]One[/name] of my favorite boy names is [name]Remington[/name] which is a gun manufacturer.
I like [name]Breeze[/name] on a boy
I hate it with a deep passion.
Well, with a half brother named [name]Tripp[/name], [name]Breeze[/name] “fits” right in! Beretta happens to be [name]Levi[/name] [name]Johnston[/name]'s favourite gun. [name]Ah[/name], how sweet? Should we expect anything more from a 22-year-old guy who now has two children from two different women?
[name]Breeze[/name] I like. Beretta is kind of like the feminine form of [name]Danger[/name]. Or [name]Beret[/name]… ha ha.
I think Beretta is a bit obvious. They could have gone for something more subtle like [name]Marlin[/name], [name]Beryl[/name], [name]Lewis[/name], Étienne, [name]Colt[/name], [name]Thompson[/name], [name]Sterling[/name], [name]Jericho[/name], [name]Remington[/name], Winchester, [name]Barrett[/name], [name]Astra[/name] or [name]Harris[/name]. There are far better options for anyone into ballistics.
I have to admit, I like [name]Breeze[/name] more and more. I also agree with almost all poster that Beretta is not working here for various reasons.
I too like [name]Remington[/name], so it isn’t that I oppose anything that also be a gun name. I think it is too cute alliteration, and more subtle reference to guns – if you want to go there – might have gone over better.
It sounds like a car model to me.
I just think “car” when I hear Beretta, so it doesn’t bother me that much. I don’t normally like alliteration names either, but for some reason I think B’s always work. I like [name]Breeze[/name], although I’d never use it myself. However, since he’s advertised its after a gun, I’m not really a fan.
I like [name]Breeze[/name], such a mellow and charming name, but I would go for much subtler one, I wouldn’t pick it for my child. Beretta, however, it is beyond my comprehension why anyone would name their child that, it doesn’t sound like a name, it sounds like something that a person from the above mentioned - a car model.
I googled him to find out who he even was. He was part of the [name]Palin[/name] Family, so what can you really expect?
To me it’s just a horrible thing to name your loved child after something that is built to kill. [name]Even[/name] if it would be a name that sounds okay, the story behind is just so bad.
[name]Breeze[/name] is not my style and a little weird but I don’t really mind this one.
This is name is just awful! The flow is bad too.
It’s not my style at all!
I know I’m late to the party but I [name]JUST[/name] saw the news that they had told people the name before the baby was born ([name]Levi[/name] even has “[name]Breeze[/name]” tattooed on his arm) & I had to pop over & see what the general opinion of “[name]Breeze[/name] Baretta” was. I’m on board with [name]Breeze[/name] as a first name. Nature names are always on my lists. It’s on the more obscure side but I like it. BUT! Baretta??? Wow. I grew up with a beautiful girl named [name]Aretta[/name] so I don’t hate the sound, just the [name]GUN[/name] association! I grew up in a city where guns are NOT used to kill deer to feed families; they’re used to scare and kill other people. You think someone with so much experience in the public eye would have chosen something less violent or controversial… or maybe he is just attempting to stay in the public eye. Personal opinion: Middle name fail.
[name]Breeze[/name] Beretta sounds… like the first poster said! [name]Just[/name] horrible!!
