bridget for me!

I have a cousin named [name_f]Bridgette[/name_f], but I myself like [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] more. It just looks softer and sweeter to me :slightly_smiling_face:

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f]!

I prefer [name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. It’s simple yet straightforward and meaningful.

On the other hand, the extra TE at the end of [name_f]Bridgette[/name_f] are too much imo. It doesn’t add anything to change the pronunciation and makes it too frilly to me.

Same here!
Also, I really adore this name.

Oh, [name_f]Bridget[/name_f]! For the reasons everyone has said already. [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Bridget[/name_f].

I usually prefer names which end in “ette”, but I think I prefer [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] here.

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] looks simpler and neater

Definitely [name_f]Bridget[/name_f], I think [name_f]Bridgette[/name_f] would lead to a lifetime of spelling issues!

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. [name_f]Bridgette[/name_f] makes me want to say Bridge-ETT as opposed to BRIDGE-it

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] without a doubt.

Never seen [name_f]Bridgette[/name_f] before! Seems unnecessary to add the extra letters but does give a unique look. Would you say it Bridge-ette?
