I need help finding girl names for a couple in one of my stories. The husband is very analytical and the wife is very go with the flow, fun loving type (their MBTI’s are husband - INTJ and wife - ENFJ, if that helps you at all). The husband like very straightforward, “boring”, classics (like [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Catherine[/name_f], [name_f]Sarah[/name_f], [name_f]Jane[/name_f]) and the wife like more unusual, fun, and (very) somewhat frilly names (like [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], [name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalie[/name_f] - though I wouldn’t call [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] “frilly”). I did find two perfect compromises - [name_f]Violet[/name_f] & [name_f]Eve[/name_f]/[name_f]Eva[/name_f] (I know [name_f]Eve[/name_f] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] seem more straightforward, but they still felt right). However, their dog is named [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and I’m not changing that & can’t use [name_f]Eve[/name_f] for other reasons in the book. The closest I’ve come is [name_f]Nora[/name_f] & [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], but [name_f]Nora[/name_f] just isn’t quite striking enough I didn’t think and I just used [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] in another story & don’t want to repeat names - it also doesn’t feel right for them. For boys, I think [name_m]Graham[/name_m] is a good fit, so it’s more girl names I’m having an issue with at the moment.
Sorry for the poor spelling + grammar in this post, I’m just trying to get it out fast. My OCD may make me fix it at a later time, lol.
Thank you so much for your help!
