opinions on naming a boy brooks vs. knox? looking for a not so popular, yet not so trendy name.
I personally prefer [name_m]Knox[/name_m]. I have heard [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] on here quite often so I think it’s becoming more popular.
I like [name_m]Knox[/name_m]. [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] sounds sketchy to me for some reason.
knox has been his name for weeks, but started 2nd guessing! thanks for the input!
[name_m]Knox[/name_m] has a trendier vibe to me because of the x and also I guess because of the [name_f]Jolie[/name_f]-[name_m]Pitt[/name_m] association (even though I hate it when people always comment about that for my son’s middle name [name_m]Maddox[/name_m]!)
[name_m]Brooks[/name_m] to me feels preppy, while [name_m]Knox[/name_m] feels edgier.
I prefer [name_m]Knox[/name_m].
I prefer [name_m]Brooks[/name_m]. [name_m]Knox[/name_m] has a trendy feel and I don’t like the word “knock” in it; and I can’t imagine a grown-up man called [name_m]Knox[/name_m]. [name_m]Brooks[/name_m], on the other hand, is more classy and I like the nature reference.
