We like last names as first names for boys and in general shorter 1-2 syllable names.
We had planned to use [name_m]Grant[/name_m] but it was recently taken by close family, to give you an idea of our taste

[name_f]My[/name_f] friend has a son named [name_m]Clark[/name_m] with a brother renamed [name_u]Brooks[/name_u], and I think itâs perfect!! I would pick both of these if they worked with my last name.
[name_u]Dean[/name_u] fits nicely with the sibling names. [name_u]Carter[/name_u] shares a lot of sounds with [name_f]Colette[/name_f] and [name_m]Clark[/name_m], which can be positive or negative depending on your preferences. [name_m]Hugh[/name_m] is also a fine option.
Maybe youâd also like [name_m]Brian[/name_m], [name_u]Charlie[/name_u], [name_u]Leo[/name_u], [name_u]Jasper[/name_u], [name_m]Myles[/name_m], [name_u]Porter[/name_u] or [name_m]Vince[/name_m].
Firstly [name_f]Colette[/name_f] + [name_m]Clark[/name_m] are lovely such sweet classic choices.
Looking at your other options I love [name_u]Dean[/name_u] [name_m]Warner[/name_m] I think [name_u]Dean[/name_u] is very handsome with a bright jazzy feel. I think [name_f]Colette[/name_f], [name_m]Clark[/name_m] and [name_u]Dean[/name_u] sound gorgeous together such a lovely sibling set.
Youâve had lots of lovely suggestions so count any repeats as me being in agreement with the berries
I really love [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] in your sibling set heâs handsome, has a jazzy flair, sounds gorgeous with [name_f]Colette[/name_f] + [name_m]Clark[/name_m], continues the c theme and I like the nickname [name_u]Cal[/name_u].
If your wanting to breakaway from the c theme here are some ideas
I like Hugh of your suggestions (itâs a smart, debonair name to me). It depends if you want to keep the C thing going as well. I wouldnât use Dean with an N starting last name (and itâs also a little stark for me), and while Carter aligns with the âlast name as first nameâ and C starting letter rules, I think it might be too close to Clark - they overshadow each other. Hugh Carter could be nice and again means the N of Harrison doesnât run into an N of last name, if thatâs of concern.

I prefer [name_u]Carter[/name_u] [name_u]Dean[/name_u] from your list, because I prefer cohesion among sibling sets. [name_u]Carter[/name_u] [name_u]Dean[/name_u] is a great name, and sounds wonderful with [name_f]Colette[/name_f] & [name_m]Clark[/name_m]!
[name_u]Brooks[/name_u] and [name_m]Wells[/name_m] do both resonate with me as well and had been on our list and a few people here have suggested them too! Iâm just not sure about âpleuralâ names like those, does anyone have any thoughts on that? Is it a constant tongue twister? Would using those names in a possessive context be ackward? âWellsâs cribâ
We have a [name_m]Wells[/name_m]! And our other son also ends in âsââŚI always say and spell them with the âs. Itâs what feels right and normal to me, but many will spell and say Wellsâ. Iâve seen Jamesâs & Jamesâ, Lucasâs & Lucasâ, etc. Both ways are grammatically correct and itâs just a personal preference (although I have read where some people are passionate about needing the extra âsâ).
Our son does call himself âWellsyâ so thatâs what he mainly goes by now which does take care of the possessive questioning
Anyways, I think you have some solid choices already! [name_u]Drew[/name_u] or [name_m]Mac[/name_m] were the first two names that came to my head and I saw someone mention [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] âCalâ which I also think is great with your first two too!
