Our daughter is [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] Esmé and goes by Esmé. Our last name is **er. Should all other names ending in -er be eliminated (i.e. [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]) to help with flow?
Here’s what we’ve thought of so far. Other suggestions are appreciated.
I liked [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_u]James[/name_u] and [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] from your list but the first name I thought was [name_m]Paul[/name_m]. What do you think about [name_m]Paul[/name_m]?
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m] should be out of the question. It is way too similar to [name_f]Esme[/name_f], unfortunately.
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_f]Esme[/name_f] are charming.
I think you’re okay with -er I tried it with [name_m]Mayer[/name_m]: [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Mayer[/name_m] seems fine to me. Not a problem. All the names are classics to me, except for [name_m]Ezra[/name_m]. I like the style of this name with [name_f]Esme[/name_f] but it would be kind of matchy as said before.
I like [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] with [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] [name_f]Esme[/name_f]! Or [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] or [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]William[/name_m].
Honestly, I think Esmé and [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] are adorable as siblings. I would do [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] Esmé and [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m].
