The kids are [name_m]Leo[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]William[/name_m] Krasinski [name_u]Walker[/name_u] and [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_f]Ruth[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f] Krasinska [name_u]Walker[/name_u], the Krasinski bit after their Polish mum’s family name. [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] became an extremely common name immediately after she was born, but the idea was to have solid but gentle names with an unusual twist in the middle.
Their brother (from another mother - sorry, couldn’t resist) is half [name_f]Indian[/name_f]. I’d like to do something similar with the heritage of the name in the middle, but with an English sounding first name for school.
With first names we struggle: [name_m]Rudie[/name_m], [name_m]Robert[/name_m], [name_m]Tobias[/name_m] (or just [name_u]Toby[/name_u]) and [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] are all nice and we were settled on [name_m]Robert[/name_m] for a while but didn’t like the inevitable [name_m]Rob[/name_m]… [name_m]Rudie[/name_m] we like but are worried it doesn’t sound a good name for a grown-up? I’m definitely open to suggestions.
Middle names we’re much better on, though with varying degrees of seriousness: [name_u]Dean[/name_u], [name_m]Anthony[/name_m], [name_m]Charles[/name_m], [name_u]Curtis[/name_u], [name_m]Henry[/name_m], [name_m]Jonas[/name_m], [name_u]Murphy[/name_u], [name_u]Murray[/name_u], [name_u]Orion[/name_u], [name_u]Ray[/name_u], [name_u]Rigel[/name_u], [name_m]Frank[/name_m], [name_m]John[/name_m], [name_m]Henry[/name_m],
[name_f]Indian[/name_f] names we like: Farhad, [name_m]Amir[/name_m], [name_m]Abraham[/name_m], [name_m]Ishmael[/name_m], [name_m]Faisal[/name_m], [name_m]Aladdin[/name_m] and [name_m]Sinbad[/name_m] (last two for their fun mythological connotations).
