[name_m]Hi[/name_m] there.
Here are my thoughts on your list:
[name_m]Roman[/name_m]-This is not my personal favorite, but it’s not bad. It’s just always sound sort of mafia-ish to me for some reason. I wouldn’t worry too much about using two ‘R’ names if it’s really your absolute favorite.
[name_u]August[/name_u]-Ooh, I love this. It’s handsome & vintage, but also has sort of a cool artsy feel.
[name_m]Ezra[/name_m]-Same as above, but it’s pretty popular according to the social security charts.
[name_m]Asher[/name_m]-Same here. I like this though. Quite handsome.
[name_u]Finley[/name_u]-I love it, but I think w/a unisex name for your daughter you should pick something distinctly masculine for your son. Not a huge deal; just my opinion. I think that [name_u]Finley[/name_u] is dashing for a boy, but getting annoying popular for girls.
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]-I like this for a boy, but it’s way way popular for girls. [name_m]Even[/name_m] way more than [name_u]Finley[/name_u].
[name_m]Felix[/name_m]-Kind of fun & quirky like [name_u]River[/name_u]. I like it for you. It’s not my absolute favorite in general though. Always seemed a little goofy.
[name_u]Emmett[/name_u]-This is good. [name_m]Manly[/name_m], but not too macho. Recognizable yet not over done.
[name_u]Everest[/name_u]-I’m usually not a fan of this name, but w/big sister [name_u]River[/name_u] it does seem sort of perfect.
[name_m]Damon[/name_m]-Meh, this is okay. Nothing too exciting.
[name_m]Jasper[/name_m]-I think this is getting popular, but it works well for you. I like [name_m]Caspar[/name_m] more.
[name_m]Miles[/name_m]-[name_m]Way[/name_m] popular. Not a bad name, but nothing special.
[name_u]Rowan[/name_u]-I would break the no repeating initials rule here. [name_u]Love[/name_u] it! It’s nature themed like [name_u]River[/name_u], & so so handsome & a bit artsy.
[name_m]Declan[/name_m]-I love this name. It’s sporty & sassy. It’s not immediately what I’d pair w/[name_u]River[/name_u], but it doesn’t sound wrong.
[name_m]Henry[/name_m]-A great classic, but pretty much every little boy I meet is called this. It doesn’t seem to fit w/[name_u]River[/name_u] at all.
[name_m]Oliver[/name_m]-Same as above.
[name_m]Julian[/name_m]-Ooh, one of my favorites! It seems different than [name_u]River[/name_u], but maybe it’s not too bad. Great name in general. I like the nn [name_u]Jude[/name_u], & really I like just [name_u]Jude[/name_u] as a full name better w/big sister [name_u]River[/name_u] for some reason.
[name_m]Alastair[/name_m]-This is fun & different. It’s smart & a little sassy in a good way.
[name_m]Raiden[/name_m]-Hm. Not a big fan of this one.
[name_u]Riley[/name_u]-I like it for a boy, but it’s way way popular for girls like [name_u]Avery[/name_u].
[name_m]Fox[/name_m]-Ooh, this seems perfect!
