I think they work well together, though I think [name_m]Leo[/name_m] is a little stronger of a name than [name_u]Julie[/name_u]. [name_f]Julia[/name_f] holds a little more weight if you like that option as well, but both are lovely!

Really like them as a sibset! But as a name I prefer [name_f]Julia[/name_f] over [name_u]Julie[/name_u]

I like [name_m]Leo[/name_m] with [name_u]Julie[/name_u]! I like the “lee” sound they share, but they don’t sound matchy.
