I think [name_u]River[/name_u] & [name_u]Phoenix[/name_u] are so perfect, but adding to that sibset might leave another brother feeling left out.
I love [name_u]River[/name_u] & [name_u]Asher[/name_u] too, but [name_u]River[/name_u] & [name_m]Leo[/name_m] seem a little less matched stylistically imo.

I think with using a nature name you could get trapped into a theme but may not be fitting for a future child. I really love [name_u]River[/name_u] & [name_m]Leo[/name_m] but it does have a strong theme.
Other names from your list I like are [name_u]Finn[/name_u] & [name_m]Felix[/name_m] both sound great with [name_u]River[/name_u] and do not trap you into a theme.

I think [name_u]River[/name_u] & [name_u]Asher[/name_u] go well, I’m just not crazy about them both ending with -er
[name_u]River[/name_u] & [name_u]Eden[/name_u] is one of my favourite brother sets!
I love the name Eden but I think I prefer it for a girl!
